Our story
Plumbing that is explained, not just fixed.
“He gave me a real understanding of the fix both short term and long term.”
Brendon Butler, Customer review, November 2023
First Class Plumbing is a plumbing company in the Kansas City metro. We work on both sides of the state line, from Overland Park and Olathe, KS to Kansas City, MO, Independence and Lee's Summit, and we are open Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm.
The best description of how we work comes from the people we have worked for. In their reviews, customers say we show up on time. They say we explain what is wrong and what the fix is, today and down the road. They say the pricing was fair.
The jobs they describe are the ones that cannot wait: a leaking faucet, a toilet that will not behave, a backed-up sink or tub, a garbage disposal install, an outdoor faucet, a basement floor drain, copper and PEX water lines. If you read the reviews, you will see one name come up again and again. That is Ricardo, and we are glad customers thank him by name.
Whether you need plumbing repair or drain cleaning, that is the standard we hold ourselves to.
